Money Conference – Sat., Nov 19, 2016

Racine Money Conference – Saturday, November 19, 2016
8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Racine Civil Leaders Academy (1325 Park Avenue in Racine)

The nonprofit Money Conference offers affordable, high-quality, and unbiased financial education at very low cost, in a setting that is fun and inspirational for all. The information provided at the Conference can have an immediate and positive “pocket-book” impact and can set participants up to achieve higher income and net worth over the long term.

Adult participants can chose from 15 separate classes that are held at three blocks of time, and classes will be held in Spanish as well!  Age-appropriate classes will also be conducted for students, and free childcare is included with the modest admission charge.  The Conference also features information tables staffed by financial institutions and community-serving organizations, the opportunity to obtain a credit report with credit score, and time to discuss individual financial situations with knowledgeable experts and financial planners.  Registry credits are available for child care provider continuing education. A continental/light breakfast is included.

This year’s keynote speaker will be Chris Neff of the Racine Unified School District..
