University of Wisconsin - Extension programs in Horticulture:

• Plan, develop, teach and evaluate university research-based educational programs for all Racine County residents based on their needs
• Diagnose insect, disease, and environmental plant problems for commercial businesses and consumers
• Train and coordinate Master Gardener Volunteers
