TOUCHPOINTS PROJECT IN RACINE COUNTY, WI
The purpose of the Touchpoint Project in Racine County, WI is to strengthen parent-child relationships by connecting with families before and during predictable, difficult periods of disorganization (touchpoints) by:
- Increasing knowledge of child development (behavioral and emotional) and community resources through multiple channels.
- Improving relationships among families and family resource providers by using guiding principles and assumptions.
- Improving linkages among providers and services on behalf of families.

ABC Project Pilot – Burlington
Apple Seeds - A family-school-community network resulting from a combination of community expertise, systems planning
and the research-base on the 14 foundational experiences needed by all young children during early childhood for later school success. The pilot project focuses on the Burlington area, where a group of community volunteers and organizations designed Apple Seeds in support of families and young children.
