RACINE COUNTY MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

Racine County and all eighteen of its local government units are working cooperatively to develop a comprehensive plan in order to meet the requirements of Wisconsin's "Smart Growth" law. UW-Extension is assisting with this three-year multi-jurisdictional planning process. More information can be found on the comprehensive planning page.

CNRED MISSION

University of Wisconsin - Extension programs in Community, Natural Resource and Economic Development (CNRED) help Wisconsin communities deal with their own unique challenges - resource constraints, business development, growth management, environmental protection and the quality of life.

The Community Resource Development Educator designs and delivers educational programs and technical assistance to local/civic organizations, community leaders, businesses, and local government officials
